Is a 70Ah battery enough for a family SUV, or should I pay for a bigger one?

My battery died last Saturday, and while the shop guy was getting a replacement ready, I realised I had no idea what the numbers on the label mean. My 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero has a bigger engine than my last car, and the old battery was around 70Ah if I read the faded sticker right. The shop owner said "70 is fine, no need to pay more," but he said it without looking at the car at all. My brother says a bigger number is always better, so I should go as high as the tray allows. My neighbor says that is only a way to spend more money, and that the right size for the engine and the electronics is what counts. A friend at work told me to compare the warranty, the date code and the starting power, not only the price, because two batteries with the same Ah can be very different inside. Another colleague said that if the car has a dash camera or extra screens, a little more capacity can help in the heat, but only if the size and terminals match. I read a page on in the evening to understand what 70Ah really means, and it explained the capacity, the size and what to check against the car, which I saved in my notes. Money is a bit tight this month, so I have been asking around about an Affordable Varta 70Ah battery price in the UAE, but the numbers I hear are all very different and nobody explains why. My questions are easy. What is a fair price range for a good 70Ah battery with fitting included? Does a cheaper one with the same Ah really last as long in this heat? Should I ask the shop to show me the date code before they fit it? And how many summers did your 70Ah battery last before it started to weaken? Please share what you paid. Thanks for reading.
